Duration of DTMF tones:

  • When parameter 1 = 0-11 the duration of the DTMF tone = RCO Pulse Time (default 3,5 seconds).
  • When parameter 1 = 255 the DTMF tone is transmitted as long as the digit is pressed.

Examples:

  • Directory number 1, feature 107/1: When digit 1 is pressed during conversation, DTMF digit 1 is transmitted (default for 3,5 seconds)
  • Directory number 1, feature 107/5: When digit 1 is pressed during conversation, DTMF digit 5 is transmitted (default for 3,5 seconds)

Successive digits will be sent as DTMF digits. E.g. 1 + 345 will send DTMF 3, then 4, then 5. The DTMF tone is transmitted as long as the digit is pressed. Press C-key to leave the "DTMF transmission mode" and return back to conversation mode.
