The MRBD relay board has six relays, which are controlled by RCO's from the exchnage or from a RIO unit. The MRBD must be powered by +24 VDC. The AlphaCom E7 and E20 comes with a 24VDC outlet for such purpose, but in the AlphaCom E26 a Power Distribution Board PDB is required.

The RCOs can be activated by a high or low level. This is determined by jumper setting on the board. High level is used in AlphaCom installations, while low level is used in TouchLine Compact installations.

In the AlphaCom exchange it is recommended that all the RCOs be connected to the same ASLT board(s) in order to simplify cabling.

The Multi-Relay board is supplied in an installation box that can be fastened onto the mounting rail on the connection field of the AlphaCom exchange, or mounted on the wall in any suitable position.

Features

  • Equipped with 6 dual change over relays and relay drivers
  • Runs on +24 V supplied from the Power Distribution Board PDB.
  • Accepts RCOs with high- or low-level switch setting on the board
  • Connector for 6 RCOs + 2 GND reference signals
  • Connects to the AlphaCom Subscriber Connection Board through a 1:1 cable
  • Fastens onto mounting rail in AlphaCom exchange
