Feature: Generate DTMF tones during conversation
Default directory number: None
Feature number: 107
Parameter 1: 0-9 = DTMF tones 0-9

10 and 11 = '*' and '#'
255 = Activate "DTMF transmission mode". Succeeding digits are transmitted as DTMF tones 0-9. DAK 1 and 2 will generate "*" and "#".

Description: Feature to generate DTMF tones during conversation. This feature is only available during connection.

Duration of DTMF tones:

  • When parameter 1 = 0-11 the duration of the DTMF tone = RCO Pulse Time (default 3,5 seconds).
  • When parameter 1 = 255 the DTMF tone is transmitted as long as the digit is pressed.

Examples:

  • Directory number 1 = feature 107/1: When digit 1 is pressed during conversation, DTMF digit 1 is transmitted (default for 3,5 seconds)
  • Directory number 1 = feature 107/5: When digit 1 is pressed during conversation, DTMF digit 5 is transmitted (default for 3,5 seconds)
  • Directory number 1 = feature 107/255: Dial digit 1 during conversation to enter "DTMF transmission mode". Audio from the conversation is now switched off. Successive digits will be sent as DTMF digits. E.g. 1 + 345 will send DTMF 3, then 4, then 5. The DTMF tone is transmitted as long as the digit is pressed. Press C-key to leave the "DTMF transmission mode" and return back to conversation mode.

Note that the conversation audio is switched off during DTMF tone transmission.
Feature 107/255 can not be followed by a 107/0-11 before the 107/255 DTMF-mode is terminated.

Example: Digit 1 during conversation transmits DTMF #5
