Description:	Remotely activate playback of alarm message to another station or group of stations. Procedure: 761 + group + alarm message. Examples: 761 + 85 + 8191 Turn on alarm message 8191 to stations in group 85 761 + 85 + 8190 Turn off alarm message to stations in group 85 The feature requires ASVP board. Alarm messages can also be triggered from the Event Handler or RCI by using the commands AMS or AMG, or the AlphaCom Data Protocol command $ALRM
