ZDD - Restore Factory Defaults
From Zenitel Wiki
A ZDD-1 may have to be reset to its original factory default settings if, for instance, the password to the station web interface is forgotten. The device can be set to either obtain IP address from a DHCP server, or to a Static IP address.
Software reset
Factory default settings can be restored from the web interface.
Hardware reset
The ZDD-1 can be set to factory default by connecting a button to input 1, and operating this button while the station is starting up.
