Display Texts in Zenitel intercom Stations

The display texts used by the intercom stations are available in the following languages:

  • Danish
  • Dutch
  • English
  • Finnish
  • French
  • German
  • Hebrew
  • Italian
  • Norwegian
  • Portuguese
  • Spanish
  • Swedish


Which language to use is selected when creating the database in AlphaPro.

Prerecorded Voice Messages

A software module for voice messages is available for the following languages:

  • Danish
  • Dutch
  • English
  • Finnish
  • French
  • German
  • Italian
  • Norwegian
  • Swedish
  • Korean
  • Chinese

The Language Packages are installed from the web interface of the ICX-AlphaCom. (For the AlphaCom XE servers, see installed from AlphaWeb).

The voice messages are used for:

  • Absence messages (77x-messages)
  • Voice mail messages (66x-messages)
  • Alarm messages
  • Help messages
  • Call Request acknowledgement
