Wacs freeze when starting a SendAll or SendChg

Sometimes it can happen that wacs freeze when starting a SendAll or SendChg operation. Often, this procedure will solve the problem.
- Stop wacs with the Task Manager
- Open the Windows explorer and browse to your AlphaPro install directory
- Locate the file called Wcomm.msg.
- Right-click on the file and select Open with -> Notepad, or the text editor of your choice.
- The file typically looks like this:
