Download the AMC-IP software version 10.50 from the download site at www.zenitel.com, and save the file on your PC.
- Important: When upgrading to AMC version 10.50 the current configuration will be lost, and factory default settings will be loaded. However, configuration made from AlphaWeb (e.g. IP addresses, IP routing etc.) will be kept.
- Backup the costumer data by doing a GetAll from AlphaPro.
- Use Internet Explorer or another internet browser and log on to the AlphaCom Web interface (AlphaWeb) and select System Upgrade -> System Upgrade.
- Delete any files in the "Repository"
The upgrade is done in 3 steps:
• Select the new file from the list of Repository AMC System Packages
• Install Selected file
3. Install the file patch_to_release_10_00.tbz2 4. Reset the AMC-IP 5. Install the file alpha_sys_10_00.tbz2 6. Install the file alpha_sys_10_02.tbz2
