Error message when starting AlphaPro after first time installation

During AlphaPro installation, also the driver for hardware key (USB or Parallel port dongle) is automatically installed. Occasionally it might happen that the driver for some reason is not installed properly. When the AlphaPro program is started you will get an error message saying "SuperPro initialization failed" or "RNBOsproInitialize Status = 12".

This can be fixed by installing the driver separately:

  • Download and install the driver from Safenet:
