To use AlphaCom features such as AlphaNet VoIP and SIP, the system requires a software license key. This license key is valid for one MAC address. The following feature require license:
- VoIP AlphaNet/MultiModule
- SIP Trunk
- SIP phones
- IP stations
- RingMaster (RM) interconnection
Insert license key
- Obtain the license key from your AlphaCom distributor.
- Log on to AlphaWeb
- Select System Configuration > License Key
- Enter the 24 character key string under New License Key
- Press the Insert new license key button to install this license
The license configuration is shown on top of the page.
Ordering procedure
The short procedure for ordering licences is:
- Send a p.o. for the relevant licence via the normal purchase channel.
- Logistics in Oslo will issue an invoice and send you the Licence Documents and Licence Activation Code (LAC) by e-mail.
- To obtain a Licence Key, you must communicate the LAC together with the MAC-address related to the AMC-IP card for which the licence is intended to. Send this to licensing@zenitel.com
- Based on above you will shortly after receive the Licence Key.
