When upgrading the AMC software and the NVRAM/Customer Database versions are different, the running intercom (AMCd) configuration will automatically be deleted and factory default settings will be loaded.

E.g. an upgrade from AMC version 10.50 to 10.60.3.14 will keep the configuration because they are both using the same NVRAM version 10.50, but an upgrade from 10.30 to 10.60.3.14 will set the configuration to factory defaults.

When upgrading the AMC software to a version with different NVRAM version, one MUST do a GetAll from AlphaPro first, then upgrade the software, followed by a SendAll from AlphaPro.
