When Change to ON: When receiving a mail with priority above 100 (programmable) in the mail queue
When Change to OFF: When no more priority mails in the queue
When Related to: N/A
  • Additional information:
- The event goes ON every time a mail enters the queue, that is, there are many ON events followed by one OFF
- The event stays ON during conversation
- Priority level programmable from AlphaPro: Exchange & System | System | "Priority Mail Queue Indication"
- Related event: "12 Priority mail in idle"
