Feature: Remote setup of Alarm Message
Default directory number: 761
Feature number: 68
Parameter 1: 0 (N/A)
Description: Remotely activate playback of alarm message to another station or group of stations. The feature requires ASVP board.

Procedure:

  • 761 + group + alarm message
  • 761 + 85 + 8191: Turn on alarm message 8191 to stations in group 85
  • 761 + 85 + 8190: Turn off alarm message to stations in group 85


Alarm messages can also be triggered from the Event Handler or RCI by using the commands AMS or AMG, or the AlphaCom Data Protocol command $ALRM
