Turn on/off message "your call is registered, please wait", then ring/flashing at a station. Note that the station leaves this mode if becomes busy for some reason (dialing, incoming conv.) "Call requester mode" is normally used to inform the user about a successful activation of call request.
1	NET_OBJ_REF {ECL_STATION}	Station
2	NET_OBJ_REF {ECL_STATION}	Station that received the call request mail (i.e. sender of this command)
3	UINT1	UserDefined Properties (UDP) of the station that received the call request mail.
4	UINT1	New call requester mode: 0 = off 1 = on
5	UINT1	Mail Priority 0 - 255
6	UINT1	Mail Flags: SEND_MAIL
7	NET_OBJ_REF (Optional 13.1.3.1)	Custom Voice message for call request as parameter. Format N!!<message id>. Note : L<dirno> (e.g. L8194) is not supported.
