Description:	Service: Run a Tone Test on all stations (2-5 minutes). Line errors reported to the system log. This feature can be used independent of periodic tone test.

Note! The Tone Test feature is dependent of the Duplex Scanner in the subscriber board and is thus not applicable to XE1 (or Audio Servers without ASLT/ATLB/ATLB12)
