Extracted from the libray AlphaCom2.dll written for internal Zenitel R&D usage. Motivation for the extraction is better conformance to accepted standards on .NET assembly naming conventions as well as namespace naming conventions. Also better seperation of functionality like AlphaNet handling and AlphaCom state data handling.
