Cortech Datalog - ICX-AlphaCom integration

Introduction
Datalog from Cortech integrates with ICX and AlphaCom using 2 protocols.
Data commands into the ICX or AlphaCom are sent via the AlphaCom Data Protocol (ACDP), while event data from the ICX or AlphaCom uses EDO.
ICX licensing
The use of ACDP and EDO on ICX requires the following license:
- 1002602400 - ILI-IF - Interface enabling - All interfaces not on ports 61112/61113
