Deleting a Device (Zenitel Connect Pro)

When deleting a currently online device from the Devices and Connections > Configuration web page, the device will receive a command to return to Factory Default settings. However, the device will keep its IP Settings.

Deleting a device from ZCP will make the device return to Factory Default settings

Note that if the device is an ITSV-x Video Phone, the phone will be reset to Factory Default with DHCP. If there is no DHCP server in the network, you need to access the Settings > Network from the touchscreen to set a Static IP address on the device.
