Genetec - Adding Zenitel devices to Sipelia

Introduction
Sipelia™ is a communication management system within Genetec Security Center, to which you add Zenitel devices in SIP mode.

Audio issues
If you experience missing audio from/to a station, set codec G.722 to have a lower priority than the G.711a and G.711u codecs in the station. To do this, go to SIP Configuration > Account/Call in the Call Settings section
- On software versions 5.1.3.0 and 02.11.3.0, you must enable Advanced configuration mode to change codec priorities
