Set-up and configuration of Zenitel devices
Ensure that ONVIF functions are enabled on the Zenitel devices prior to adding them to HxGN dC3 Video. The settings are available under Advanced Configuration - Advanced Video.
Recommended ONVIF settings:
| Add devices |
- IMPORTANT: Uncheck Enable control of relay IDLE state, unless you specifically know how this override works in HxGN dC3 Video and what you are using it for. For example, if not unchecked, HxGN dC3 Video standard setting may cause the relay to be constantly activated, meaning door will be constantly unlocked in the Zenitel device.
- Enable ONVIF Discovery Service means that HxGN dC3 Video can search for and discover Zenitel devices on the local network.
Note: The ONVIF credentials for Zenitel devices are user/password admin/alphaadmin
- Report DAK as digital input in ONVIF means that call button push can be used in HxGN dC3 Video to create alarm, start recording, open video stream, etc
