OpenEye Apex VMS
From Zenitel Wiki
Introduction
Using the ONVIF S protocol, Zenitel audio and video intercoms, and IP speakers can be connected to OpenEye Apex, enabling audio-verification alongside video for incident response, paging to Zenitel devices, and logging of audio/video sessions for audit and review.
Compatibility
The integration has been verified by OpenEye to work with Zenitel firmware version 6.4.3.0 or later.
Functionality
- Device discovery
- Real-time video stream from Zenitel devices visible in OpenEye Command Station.
- Inbound audio from Zenitel device microphone heard through Command Station.
- Outbound audio from Command Station and OpenEye mobile app to Zenitel device speaker.
Licensing
A camera license is required for each intercom that is connected to OpenEye Apex.
Zenitel devices connected to Zenitel Connect Pro need a system license for Zenitel Link to enable ONVIF (1 per Zenitel Connect Pro system, not per device).
Zenitel devices running in SIP, IC-EDGE, ICX-AlphaCom mode do not need an extra license.
