Introduction

AppVision is a Command and Control application developed by Prysm. The AppVision can be integrated with the ICX system or the AlphaCom system. The integration is via OPC.

Licensing

ICX

ICX requires the presence of the appropriate API/OPC license.

  • 1002602306 - ILI-API64 - API License Supporting 64 Stations
  • 1002602309 - ILI-API512 - API License Supporting 512 Stations

With ICX it is possible to purchase a single Product Key which covers all stations connected to all ICX's in a network. ICX licenses can be stacked, i.e. 1x 1002602306 + 2x 1002602309 gives 1088 API licenses which can be used on 2 or more ICXs.

AlphaCom

The AlphaCom requires the presence of the appropriate API/OPC license. Note that every AlphaCom in an AlphaNet requires such a license.

  • 1009649901 - STENTOFON API License Supporting 40 Stations
  • 1009649902 - STENTOFON API License Supporting 80 Stations
  • 1009649903 - STENTOFON API License Supporting 160 Stations
  • 1009649904 - STENTOFON API License Supporting 240 Stations
  • 1009649905 - STENTOFON API License Supporting 320 Stations
  • 1009649906 - STENTOFON API License Supporting 400 Stations
  • 1009649907 - STENTOFON API License Supporting 552 Stations

ICX or AlphaCom configuration

The OPC server communicates with ICX or AlphaCom TCP/IP port 61112 or 61113. In the Web interface, make certain that the TCP/IP port which will be used is enabled in the 'Filter-page' for the physical Ethernet port (ETH0 or ETH1) which is used to communicate with the OPC server.

Capabilities

AppVision is able to see and control features from the ICX or AlphaCom and its connected intercom stations:

  • Geolocalisation of intercom units on maps and floor plans
    • Dynamic symbol icons will flash when intercom unit is pressed for a call
    • Icons contains a click on menu for call management and interaction
    • Shows online / offline status for intercom units
  • Interaction and management of intercom calls
    • Allow call
    • Deny call
    • End call
    • Prioritize call list
  • Door control
    • AppVision can send commands via the intercom units to open or lock doors (when connected to intercom units)
  • Intercom interaction to other building and security systems
    • AppVision manages the interaction between intercom activity and other systems within the same geolocalisation
    • Cause and effect triggers can be automatic
    • Pop up nearest CCTV camera to screen for control room operators to see intercom unit
    • Deactivate zonal security alarms to allow person to pass through zone
    • Automatic voice message to the nearest intercom to warn intruders off on triggering of an intrusion detection alarm
  • Call event log
    • All call events including operator interaction are logged with date and time stamp in the AppVision system for reference
  • Technical event log
    • AppVision monitors the technical status for each intercom unit in a real time list
    • All changes of status (online, offline, fault as supplied by Zenitel) are shown in AppVision log
    • Technical status is also displayed graphically using dynamic icons that can change form or color to represent actual intercom status on screen building maps
