Licenses for the Recorder PC
Obtaining a License
The procedure to obtain and activate a license for the Recorder PC is as follows:
- Download LicenseRequestUtility.exe from Downloads to your PC
- Double-click the downloaded file to run the utility and fill in the form shown below. Red fields are mandatory
- Click Generate Request File
- Save the resulting file - the default file name is related to the information entered in the form
- Send the file together with the purchase order to cs@zenitel.com
The support information is obtained directly from your PC. If you feel uncomfortable providing this information, it is possible to delete it, but for future support it is highly recommended to supply this information.
Available licenses
Mandatory licenses

| 1190110120 | AlphaCom Recording Module | License for call recording. Each license includes 2 x 1190110138 (i.e. license for 16 audio or video devices). In AlphaNet each connected ICX/AlphaCom requires its own license. |

Audio Server licenses
ICX-AlphaCom Licenses
To enable the Recording Interface on the ICX-AlphaCom audio server, an Active Recording Interface License is required. There are several types of licenses, all depending on the number of users in the system.
