Recorder 2.0 no response from recorder

When the message "no response from recorder appears in the ICX-AlphaCom SysLog, there may be sevral reasons.
Things to check:
- PC Firewall
- Smart appcontrol in Windows Settings must be disabled (Windows settings -> Privacy & security -> App & browser control)
