VS-Operator Server not starting after new version installation

Problem
After installation of a new version it is impossible to start the server. The client does appear to be able to log in into an VS-Operator server.
For some - until now - unknown reason, it may happen that the old server version did not get uninstalled and is still running after the VS-Operator Server has been updated to a new version. The new server cannot then be started.
Solution
This is not a common issue and it may only have happened once. If it happens:
- Uninstall VS-Operator Server
- During this process there will be a warning that the computer needs to be restarted
- Restart the computer once the software has been uninstalled
- Install VS-Operator Server again
