Writing the System Configuration within the File Transfer Tool
From Zenitel Wiki
- You will notice that right after clicking the File Transfer Tool icon, you are automatically taken to the Write section by default:
| File Transfer Tool - Default View |
- By default the target (for writing the system configuration) is all devices in the network. If you wish to write the system configuration to specific devices only, then there an orange padlock, which you can click. This will allow you to do so:
| Selecting specific devices to write to |
- Once you have selected the desired target devices, please click the "Write Config" button.
- You can monitor the progress of the Write by looking at the target window underneath. It should say "Success" if completed successfully.
- If you get a "Failure", you can scroll up within the target window and find a cause as to why the Write failed.
