$CALL_SETUP sets up a conversation like dialing from a station. Default behavior: A station is disconnected if busy Call can result in Private ringing, Absent, Busy or Transfer like a ordinary call The A station's call priority in NVRAM is used. No acknowledge messages are returned $CONN_REQUEST/$CONN is retained for compatibility only, CALL_SETUP is the preferred message now.

4	UINT1<BR\>(optional)	Allocation priority of A station. Zero or omitted means that the NVRAM priority of A station is used,Users & Stations (AlphaPro). Priority 4 gives Busy override of A station. Priority 1,2,3 gives normal allocation.
5	UINT1 (optional)	Call priority towards B station. Value 1 - 4. Value zero or omitted means that the NVRAM priority of A station is used, Users & Stations (AlphaPro).
6	NET_OBJ_REF {ECL_STATION} (optional)	B Station if User B is not at own station.
Response		CONN_REFERENCE, STATION_DOWN or STATION_BUSY, or none
