Feature:	Backup of running configuration to on-board file

Parameter 1:	0 = Backup (7820) 2 = Master Backup (7821)
Description:	Backup of the running configuration to a on-board file called backup.bin. The file is stored in the flash memory, and survives autoload. A backup is made by dialling 7820 (or 7821) + M-key on a SuperUser station. Note: The backup.bin file is compatible within the same AMC Database version only.
