Errors Corrected
(BZ = Bugzilla reference number)
Simplex audio
In simplex (e.g. remote M-key), the loudspeaker audio was unstable. Improved by turning off the DSP's NLP (Non Linear Processor) in this mode.
Ethernet disconnection issue
If network cable was disconnected and an event (input) occurred immediately after that, the disconnection would not be detected until after about 20 minutes. Fixed.
AlphaCom reconnection attempt
If the AlphaCom didn't have IP station licenses the station would not connect, and neither make an attempt to reconnect. Now it will try to reconnect and will come up when the IP station licenses are installed. (Previous workaround: Restart the IP station or AlphaCom.)
BZ 34: IP sub: Don't work after AMC-IP change
When swapping the AlphaCom AMC boards between two configured with the same IP address (redundancy), the IP station would not reconnect properly. Fixed.
Upgrading made web server password reset
The web server password was reset to default after a software upgrade. Fixed in 01.06. Note that upgrading to 01.06 from an older version may still make the password reset, but later upgrades will not.
IP address string length
IP addresses of maximum length (15 characters XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX) could not be used. Fixed.
Adjusting volume during conversation
Volume adjustment during a conversation often failed.
Upgrade between different IP subnets
Upgrading failed when running the TFTP server on a different subnet than the IP stations. <br\>
Functional changes / Enhancement
M-key supported
When pressing remote M-key, audio direction is now set accordingly. Also, with the matrix keyboard testpads, it is posbile to connect an M-key on the substation.
TCP disconnection
Changed behavior upon TCP disconnection. Now the relay output, station LED and any playing tone is reset upon disconnection.
Group call, conference, audio distribution supported
Station can now use the groupcall, simplex conference and audio distribution features.
Full keyboard supported through testpads
A keyboard matrix can be connected through the testpads KEY0-KEY8, as for the IP master station. For specifically designed projects only.
Tone message to play locally-generated tones
Supports tone commands from AlphaCom to generate tones locally in IP station, instead of receiving as audio streams.
Station LED is controlled by AlphaCom
Previously the LED was controlled locally during a conversation. Now it is entirely contolled by AlphaCom messages.
A100G80222.0105 (2007-10-02)
Release: Official, available on request DIP protocol version 00.02.
System upgrade file:<br\> Image: A100G80222.0105.bin<br\> Checksum: 1E190866 <br\><br\>
Errors Corrected
Issue 2532: Crash when using non-English characters
The station crashed or had unpredicted behavior when using non-English characters in station name in AlphaPro. If the fault has appeared, a factory reset procedure must be executed, even if the software has been upgraded to 0105.
A100G80222.0104 (2007-09-26)
Release: Official, available on request DIP protocol version 00.02.
System upgrade file:<br\> Image: A100G80222.0104.bin<br\> Checksum: 8E59E874 <br\><br\>
Errors Corrected
Status LED blink sequence
The status LED on the PCB didn't blink red-green-green mode when connected but not registered in AlphaCom, as described in documentation sheet.
A100G80222.0103 (2007-09-13)
Release: Official, available on request DIP protocol version 00.02.
System upgrade file:<br\> Image: A100G80222.0103.bin<br\> Checksum: 84F70D79 <br\><br\>
A100G80222.0102 (2007-09-13)
Release: Special version, for some boards only DIP protocol version 00.02.
System upgrade file:<br\> Image: A100G80222.0102.bin<br\> Checksum: A44A8228 <br\><br\>
Errors Corrected
Issue 3234: Beep-beep tone in loudspeaker
The station plays a beep-beep tone when a key input is pressed without having connection to AlphaCom, for hardware testing. But this tone reappeared in conversations even after AlphaCom connection was restored.
Station reset
There was a weakness causing the station to do an unprovoked reset.
Network problems on some boards
Device-specific fix of network speed for some boards.
Functional changes / Enhancement
Factory reset procedure didn't timeout
When powering the station and key input 1 is active, factory reset state is entered. This state was held until key input 1 was released. Added a 30 second timeout in case key input 1 is held low without the intention to do factory reset.
A100G80222.0101 (2007-06-07)

Errors Corrected
Issue 3150: Click-sounds in loudspeaker with G.711 codec
Click sounds appeared in speaker at about 0.5 sec intervals when using G.711 codec.
Call from AlphaNet or SIP to IP substation
There was a problem dialing in from AlphaNet and SIP.
Web pages minor issues
A few pages were displayed incorrectly.
