B-function support: Indicates the capabilities the B-exchange has when acting as a B-exchange in a conversation. Bitmask, bits counted from zero:

Bit 1,0: protocol version:

00 = Understands only original version of AUDIO_PATH_SETUP
01 = Handled B station parameter added to AUDIO_PATH_SETUP payload (param 14). AUDIO_PATH_SETUP remote functions 3 and 5 supported. Introduced in AMC 07.10.
10 = Handled call setup flags + CALL_SETUP originator in AUDIO_PATH_SETUP payload (params 15-18). This is the current version of AlphaCom.
11 = unused
