Start of Speech detection
The ABSD now awaits the "SPEECH_START" event from the AMC/SIPD to start charging (start search for match between dialed number and Dialed Number in the Fee table). In all previous versions a 5 sec. timeout after last dialed digit in B number used to trigger start of charging.

ICP and PABX breakout codes
- ICP (International Call Prefix) is the code used to dial out of a country. To be able to charge international calls, the ICP code must be included in the dialed number in the Fee Setup. The ICP code itself is enabled and defined in the General Setup window. When enabled, it can be included with a checkbox in each dialed number in Fee Setup and Barring Setup.
- PABX breakout code is the code used to call through a PABX and to a public network. The breakout code is defined for each Trunk in the Trunk Setup window.
Search Dialed Number in Fee Setup
- The Fee Setup window now have a search box where the displayed list can be limited to only the dialed numbers starting with the content of the search box.
