Do not Disturb (DnD) (Zenitel Connect Pro)
From Zenitel Wiki
General
When Do not Disturb is active it will blocks incoming calls.
- Zenitel Connect Pro will silently call for 5 seconds to allow the use of breakthrough feature before the call is terminated.
- If the called station is busy the caller gets busy tone, otherwise normal ring tone for the 5 seconds duration. This 5 second timer is hardcoded and therefore not configurable.
- Pressing M-key during this period will force the call in conversation, if permissions for breakthrough feature is given to the calling station.
- If a call with priority High or Alarm is made, the forwarding as configured with Do not Disturb is ignored. If Call Forwarding is configured separately, then the call will be forwarded.
- If the account is a queue operator or an additional ringer the call will be blocked.
