This message is now (since 2010?) sent automatically from the AlphaCom server as a respose to an RCO command or $SLRC command In earlier version (pre 2010) this message was not sent automatically from the AlphaCom, and had to be configured in Event Handler as “side effect” of RCO controlling actions
