This document provides the release notes for VSF-Fortitude8 6.2 with incremental bug fix releases. The release notes for VSF-Fortitude8 6.2 describe new features, improvements and issues fixed after VSF-Fortitude8 6.1.

Description: VSF-Fortitude8 is a firmware for Zenitel devices based on the IMX8 processor.

The firmware is delivered in two different files:

  • vsff8-6.2.3.x - Used for standard in-field upgrades
  • vsff8-prod-6.2.3.x - Used in production- and recovery upgrades.

Issues fixed

MTN-3255 Calls going through 3CX SBC hangs up after 30 seconds

The record-route handling for strict routing did not work properly. This is now fixed.

RED-113 Option to report DAK as Digital Input in ONVIF

Configurable option to report DAK as Digital Input in ONVIF, it's disabled by default.

RED-15 Added support for ONVIF DeviceIO services.

The DevideIO service offers commands to retrieve and configure the settings of physical inputs and outputs of a device.

Issues fixed

MTN-3334 TLS 1.1. support over https is removed from devices

MTN-3339 Relays now return states without need to be triggered first

MTN-3065 Sound Detection is reporting DAK-key ON twice

When Sound Detection (supported in ICX-AlphaCom mode) is enabled and sound is detected, the station emulates the push of a DAK key. In this version it reports that the DAK key is pressed twice, and released once.
