Ad‑hoc Conference (Zenitel Connect Pro)

Ad‑hoc Conference lets the user add a third party to the ongoing call, creating a temporary three‑way conference.

Operation

The following procedure applies while you are in an active two‑party call.

1. Press digit 2 + the target station. Complete the entry with M or #.
2. After the target station has answered the call, press digit 4 to set up the 3-way conference

Configuration

The permission for Call Transfer (digit "2") is not included in the “Default” Call Service profile. A dedicated Call Service permission, “Call transfer”, must be enabled.
