RDT Surveillance Tones Configuration
From Zenitel Wiki
Configuring Router Input Surveillance
Navigate to Input settings.
The default settings for configuring Input surveillance are as follows:
- Click the properties icon, of the required audio input, highlighted as a spanner.
- Click the Surveillance tick box to enable Surveillance.
- Select a -14hz threshold (this is because Zenitel PAVA Microphones emit a frequency of 20Hz, which equates to -10dB on the audio input, so we use -14dB threshold for extra leeway).
- Once all necessary inputs have been commissioned, click ‘Commit System Settings’.
- This will permanently save the commissioned values into all VIPEDIA-12s.

- Set the Send Level of each of these outputs to -30dB.
- Figure 5 highlights the relevant sections, with outputs 1 – 12 commissioned as an example.
- Repeat for all VIPEDIA-12 outputs in the PAVA system that have connection to V2000.
- Once all VIPEDIA-12s have been commissioned, click ‘Commit System Settings’.
- This will permanently save the commissioned values into all Vipedia-12s.
