Amplifier Dynamic Tool - ADT

ADT Tool

The ADT enables configuration of the V2000 amplifier mainframe and associated amplifier/loudspeaker line surveillance.

ADT Features

ADT Features Purpose
Connect/Disconnect and LED Status Connect/Disconnect to the V2000:
  • LED will show Green for a successful connection
  • LED will flash amber and then default back to red in the event of an unsuccessful connection
Target If there are multiple V2000s within your cluster, the target option will allow you to select to them individually
Clear Faults Clear any faults present within PAVA Cluster
Commit Settings Save any changed parameters within the ADT to the V2000
Rollback Settings Rollback ADT parameters to their previous states
Read Read and copy an Amplifier Dynamic config, which is outputted as a .xml file
Write Write an .xml Amplifier Dynamic config to the V2000
Slots 1-10 View slot information
Settings and Information View slot parameters such as:
  • Type of Amplifier: D500 or D150.
  • Amplifier Power: Set according to loudspeaker tapping requirements, measured in Watts
  • Amplifier Voltage: Voltage of the loudspeaker circuit.
  • Firmware: Current firmware version of the slot.
  • Bootloader: Current bootloader version of the slot.
Audio Settings Set certain audio parameters
Surveillance Commission certain surveillance parameters such as:
  • EOL Surveillance
  • Slot Input Surveillance
  • Earth Leakage detection
Gain Adjust audio Gain
Frame ID ID of V2000
Frame:Vx.x.x Frame Controller version
Bootloader:Vx.x.x Frame Bootloader version
PSU:Vx.x.x Power Supply version
PSU Temp Temperature of PSU
Fan Status Enabled when V2000 fan is on and Disabled when off
Warning icon If any changes are made to the V2000 Dynamic Configuration, Please ensure to Commit Settings otherwise changes will be lost.


Connecting to the V2000 with the ADT

  • Ensure your preferences are set to the correct laptop adapter which is on the same network as the V2000:

  • Select the ADT tool highlighted as an A Icon.
Opening the ADT
  • Ensure you have the correct V2000 selected in the Target window and select Connect. You should see a green LED upon successful connection.
