This document provides the release notes for VSF-Fortitude Audio Only 9.2 with incremental bug fix releases. The release notes describe new features, improvements and issues fixed after VSF-Fortitude Audio Only 9.1.3.4.

Description: VSF-Fortitude Audio Only is a firmware for Zenitel devices based on the IMX8M Nano processor.
The firmware is delivered in two different files:
- vsff8mn-9.2.3.x - Used for standard in-field upgrades
- vsff8mn-prod-9.2.3.x - Used in production- and recovery upgrades.

Improvements
DS-1431 The device board serial number is now available on the device web and API info.
This is the serial number of the PCB board, not the serial number of the device.
DS-1421 Web Security Improvements
Configuration updates were made to strengthen the system's overall security posture.
DS-1376 The default ssh password has been changed as a cybersecurity improvement
Fixed issues
MTN-4730 Legal Information page is now shown
Legal Information page with Open Source licences was not shown. This is now fixed.
MTN-4718 Audio Messages will now play on the ZIPS speakers, when it get activate with DTMF digit.
MTN-4684 Updated the description heading when changing the mode of operation in the Main Settings web page
DS-1450 New Expert Mode Audio Signal Processing Config
For detailed tuning of the AEC, ANC and AGC signal processing. If this option is set it will override the standard configuration option for these. Consult Zenitel for tools and details creating and detailed configuration bitmap.
DS-1405 Technical Preview - New Half-Duplex voice switching algorithm
We have introduced a new Half-Duplex voice switching algorithm. There is a new configuration option under the "AEC mode" named "Zenitel Half Duplex".
The goal of this new algorithm is to achieve stable and fast automatic voice switching with KIT products, especially in environments where full open duplex with adaptive AEC filters fail to work robustly.
