Release info
This document provides the release notes for Zenitel Mobile app 1.0 with incremental bug fix releases. The release notes for Zenitel Mobile 1.0 describe main features, improvements and known issues. Zenitel Mobile 1.0 is the first release of this app.
Name: Zenitel Mobile Android/iOS
Description: The Zenitel Mobile app comes in two versions iOS and Android. It works from android version 8 and iOS version 12.

Status: General Availability
Compatibility: Zenitel Mobile works only together with an IC-EDGE system running VS-IS 5.1 or newer software. It requires that your mobile phone is on the same wifi network as the Edge controller.

To be able to use the push notification, it also requires that the mobile phone and Edge controller are connected to the internet. The push notification can be disabled on the Edge controller prior to provisioning |

A license is required per Zenitel Mobile app registered to the Edge controller. You can have a maximum of 10 Zenitel Mobile licenses per Edge controller |

Known issues
MTN-2735 Limitations with call forwarding
Call forwarding from Zenitel Mobile does not work when there is no network on mobile phone or mobile phone is turned off.
MTN-2734 Limitations: Calls from ITSV-1
Calls from ITSV-1 to Zenitel Mobile are automatically ended after 30 seconds.
MTN-2733 Issues with calls between two apps
- no transfer when caller app tries to make a transfer
- toggle video does not remove video screen
MTN-2732 Limitations: Yealink SIP phone
No video from mobile app to Yealink SIP phone.
MTN-2731 Call transfer not working with external calls over IP Telephony service
When Two Stage dialing is enabled for the IP Telephony service, and external call is made towards the mobile app, transfer does not work.
MTN-2730 Restricted area Zenitel Mobile app
The Zenitel Mobile will not work in China
