A number of features in Zenitel Connect Pro (ZCP) can be triggered either by dialing a Directory Service or by activating a Service Code.

The tables below shows the default directory numbers (can be modified) and the associated Service Code (fixed, cannot be modified) for a number of features. To access the table from ZCP web interface, navigate to Features > Directory Services.

  • {M} is the directory number of the audio message.
  • {D} is the destination directory number (device or broadcast group) to dispatch the voice message to.
  • {E} is the Event Trigger directory number
  • {T} is the time in hhmm format (24 hours)

  • {D} is the destination directory number the call should be forwarded to.


Permission

By default all users have access to these directory numbers. Restrictions can be controlled from the Call Services, configuring the permission called "Directory service numbers".
