Three types of call forwarding are available:
- Forwarding:
- Will ring for 3 seconds (configurable) before forwarding the call to the predefined directory number
- The Forward Delay will allow for breakthrough (M-press) functionality
- The Forward Delay can be adjusted in Global Parameters
- Forwarding On Busy:
- If the called station is busy, the caller gets a busy tone for 3 seconds (configurable) before forwarding the call to the predefined directory number
- The Forward Delay will allow for breakthrough (M-press) functionality
- The Forward Delay can be adjusted in Global Parameters
- Forwarding On No Reply:
- Will forward the call after a preset time if not answered.
- Default time is 30 seconds. The Answer Timeout can be changed in Global Parameters
Forwarding can be set in the Zenitel Connect web interface and/or from the device. The web interface reflects the forwarding status for each device, also when set from the device.
