Chilly start of AMC-IP

A Chilly start of AMC is a restart where all "state" data is cleared. This is data which survives normal reset, but is not programmed from AlphaPro.

Examples of data which is cleared in a chilly restart are:

• Station Mail Messages/Call Request
• Call Forwarding / Follow me
• Absence Messages
• User Defined Data - UDD
• Wake-up Calls
• Audio Program selection on stations

Chilly restart can be done from AlphaWeb:
System Maintenance -> System Recovery -> Load Factory Defaults
