ENA2100-AC2 amplifier (1023102110)

The ENA2100-AC2 Amplifier is a class D amplifier providing 2 x 100W that can register to the ICX-AlphaCom server over an IP network. It operates from a 115/230 VAC supply and is designed to survive minor interruptions to the power supply.

The amplifier has two separate loudspeaker channels. Each channel can be addressed separately, i.e. belong to two different zones, each with a maximum 100W output. The two channels can alternatively be combined into one channel ("One Channel Mode") where the two loudspeaker channels play identical audio in phase. Furthermore, the two amplifier channels can be bridged to provide a single 200W load.

The amplifier monitors the speaker lines for shorts, overload and opens. The amplifier also monitors control inputs, power, temperature, network connections and every other component required for operation of essential services. Faults will be indicated locally on the amplifier and the fault relay, as well as reported to the ICX-AlphaCom server which can raise an event or forward the reports to syslog, SNMP and internal log.

Configurable control inputs/outputs and audio inputs can be utilized locally or controlled by the system, such as using audio input for background music. The audio line input can also be configured in a Hardware Bypass mode, forwarding audio to the 100V channels even without a server available, adding redundancy and flexibility to the amplifier's functionality.

Common Configuration

Software Upgrade and Restore Factory Defaults

The ENA amplifier is a "Turbine" device, and the software is upgraded in the same way as Turbine Intercom stations.

Load Factory Default values:

  • Factory Default values can be loaded via the web interface of the amplifier, from the Station Administration > Reboot menu
  • Factory Reset Button: Insert a straightened paper clip or similar device into the hole - Wait 7 seconds after power-on, then push for 1 second and release.
