AlphaCom Board Support Package

Apache and PHP (Web server) updated to latest releases (June 2010 - Apache/2.2.15, PHP/5.2.13).

These updates includes several security updates, and makes the AlphaCom pass the Nessus Vulnerability Scanner (http://www.nessus.org/nessus/) run in June 2010.
